DIY: Memories Jar!

 Hello Everyone.

I had planned to do this blog post back at the beginning of January but unfortunately I have had really bad wifi recently so have been unable to get on to the internet so I'm sorry this blog post it late.

DIY: Memories Jar!:

This is a quick and easy DIY that has a lovely end result.

Step 1 - Get a medium sized jar. It doesn't matter what shape it is as long as it is big enough. It is up to you whether you get a normal, clear jar like the one in my picture or you get get a more fancy, colourful jar. Alternatively, you could even decorate your own to make it more personal. It's entirely up to you

Step 2 - Label the jar with the title "Memories of 2015". You can do this with stickers, market pens or stick on a piece like I have.

Step 3 - Every time something happens that is funny or you've had a good day, basically something that you would like to remember, write it down on a piece of paper, fold it up and put it in your jar.

Step 4 - Open up your jar & read out all of you memories on New Years Eve 2015. It is really nice to look back on all of the great things that have happened throughout the year.

I hope that you like this idea. I did this in 2014 & it was so lovely to read it out & reminisce about the past year. There were so many memories that I had forgot about so it was nice to be reminded of them. I am doing it again this year. I would definitely recommend it. It's just a really cute, lovely idea & the end result is great. I hope you enjoy it.

My New Year's Resolutions!

After posting my last blog post Happy New Year! I just couldn't wait to post another. I told you that I was hoping to post again soon, well this is definitely sooner than expected. So, I've decided to post my New Year's Resolutions.

I do like to make New Year's Resolutions but I prefer to make ones that are more general and achievable. I don't make specific ones like "Give up Chocolate" because, I don't know about you but for me that is definitely not achievable. So, if you want to make New Year's Resolutions but you don't think that you will be able to stick to them then I would suggest making more general ones that are more achievable for you.

So, here are my New Year's Resolutions for 2015:
  • To work hard at everything I do
  • To continue to be healthy throughout 2015 by eating healthy food and doing lots of exercise
  • To be positive and happy again this year
  • The help other people's lives through giving to charity as much as possible
  • To make many happy memories throughout 2015

If you have made New Year's Resolutions let me know what they are in the comments, I'd love to know.

Happy New Year!

Hello Everyone!

Happy New Year!

I hope you have a had a lovely Christmas and New Year. I have really enjoyed this Christmas, as usual. I did mention in my last post that Christmas is my favorite time of year. I have had a lovely Christmas and New Year spent with my family - the people I love the most. There was even a little bit of snow this christmas. Unfortunately, it didn't stick but it still added to the festivities.

So, here we are in 2015. I have so many blog posts planned for this year which I can't wait to post for you to read. I hope to blog even more than last year and I am always open to any suggestions of what blog posts you would like to read so if you have any, feel free to leave them in the comments.

I would just like to say thank you to everyone that read my blog in 2014, it means a lot that people take time out of their day to read what I have posted. I would like to wish you all the best for 2015. I hope you get to do everything that you want to do. I can't wait to start posting more for you so hopefully there will be another blog post for you very soon.
